Refund Policy

We aim towards complete customer satisfaction. In case you’re not happy with any products you have purchased, you can simply return the item(s) and we’ll send you a replacement or refund your money.

You can return an item to us, provided you do so within a 5-day window. If your order has been placed online, please call us at 1-808-740-0508 for a refund or exchange provided on the order receipt. Please read our Returns and Exchange Information and Terms and Conditions carefully:

  • Items should be in their original condition

  • Items should ideally be in the original packaging

  • Items should be returned within 15 days of the day you bought them with a receipt


How to Return an Item by Post

We recommend using a registered mail service that includes insurance for your returns. We can only give you a refund or exchange if we receive the items.

  1. Tell us why you’re returning the item(s) and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

  2. Post your item back to us.


Order Cancellation

In case of order cancellation, we will refund the full order value within a week.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we send you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. You’ll be refunded for the original item price.
